This little vacuum sealer works exactly as it should. I like that it is able to seal the wide mouth mason jars as well as the smaller ones. I also like that it’s not a big bulky device. Great little gadget for the kitchen

This item is great for sealing, regular mason jar, lids, and widemouth mason jar lids. I am not sure about ceiling lids when you were doing hot water, immersion, type of canning, I am still looking into this. I have used it for ceiling, refrigerator, pickles, and they do last longer, and seem to be crunchier when you see them Before storing some oven in the fridge. I use them for ceiling, spices when I buy in bulk, seeds, and collect from the garden for the next year, buying cereal in bulk, Stuff like dried goods, i.e., cereals, pastors, etc. when you buy a large bulk amount, you can seal them in jars and the remain fresh for months. Don’t know how much stuff i fad to threw out over the years when buying in bulk and the plastic bags that you stored stuff in just didn’t do the job. I have also used it to seal dehydrated goods that I have made such as dehydrated chilli or spaghetti sauce that are good to use on camping in canoe trips keeps it for a long time and all you have to do is open it up put it in plastic bags and you’re ready to throw it in your pack sack. I was secret Santa for my sister this year and got her one, she said she has used it at least a dozen times since Christmas. She buys a big bag of flour, then transfers it to large widemouth, mason jars, seals it and stored it away, and the mice do not get out.
